Web Development: Beginner to Expert

Posted on September 28th, 2006 in General by bjones

Publishing a website used to be something that was best left to the professionals. Webmasters really had to put in lots of hours becoming familiar with at least HTML and FTP before they could attempt to publish a website.

These days, things are a lot different. Building a web site has become much easier, much more accessible, and much cheaper. With the advent of web 2.0, better cheaper technology, and also the rise in popularity of free and open source resources, someone with very little to no web development experience can have a website up and running within a day.

WebmasterLogs.com aims to be a resource and guide for all web developers, beginners, intermediate, and possibly even some experts, because there’s always more to learn.

Where are we going from here? Look for articles and tutorials on a wide range of Web Development topics, from the quickest way to get a professional looking website published, to finding a good domain name, to more expert topics like working with AJAX, Javascript, and PHP.

So bookmark our RSS feed and feel free to leave comments and suggestions for anything you would like to learn about.
